Credit Union School Quiz 2023
3 February, 2023Bishopstown Credit Union hosted the 2023 Credit Union School Quiz recently on Monday, 30th January. The quiz took place in the SMA Hall in Wilton and there were teams from 7 different primary schools located within our common bond participating. The schools involved were:
- Ballyheada National School
- Gaelscoil Uí Riada
- Goggins Hill National School
- Scoil Baile Nora
- Scoil an Spioraid Naoimh Boys
- Scoil an Spioraid Naoimh Cailín
- St Catherine’s National School
We would like to congratulate all the participating teams, especially the two winning teams from St Catherine’s National School. The winner of Competition A was the team composed of Aine, Aisling, Aisling & Laura (pictured below).
The winner of Competition B was the team composed of Emma, Jennifer, Julie & Maeve (pictured below).
These two winning teams-of-four will now progress to the regional knockout stage in early March with hopes of making it all the way through to the Grand Final at the RDS, Dublin in April 2023.
We would like to thank the SMA for the use of the hall, and would like to thank all the participating schools for making the quiz such an enjoyable morning!
