  • 3 Months Bank Statements (most recent)
  • Credit Card Statement (if applicable)

  • PAYE Employee - 2 recent pay slips
  • Self-employed - Notice of self-assessment (Form 11)
  • Social Welfare – 2 recent payment receipts
  • Retired – Proof of all pensions

Identification

  • Photo ID - Passport / Driving License
  • Proof of Address – Utility Bill, Bank Statement (dated within the last 6 months)
  • Proof of PPS Number - Medical Card, Payslip, P60

Existing members can come to our office, apply over the phone on 021 4800010 or make an application online when you are registered. We can then discuss your needs and proceed with your loan application.
