You are required to create a Username when registering for the CU Online accounts service.

Your Username does not have to contain a number or a capital letter. It should be at least 6 characters long and not include spaces.

Upon registering, an 8-digit PIN number will be issued to you via a secure pin mailer sent by text.

This PIN number will only be required for the first time login.

The PIN is always 8 numbers in length.

Passwords must be created when registering. Please pay particular when creating this, try to avoid including spaces in your Password. Your Password is case sensitive.

Your Password can be reissued to you by email if you lose it. This will be a new Password, not the old one, which is sent. You should change the Password immediately after.

If you are getting an error message when entering your email address, it usually means you have previously registered. An Email addresses can only be accepted once.

If you are experiencing problems logging in to your online account, check the following:

  • Did you receive a confirmation email about your registration request? If no, then your registration was not completed properly, please try registering again making sure to fill in all the required details.
  • Have you received your PIN number by SMS? This will be an 8-digit PIN.
  • If you did receive your confirmation email and PIN SMS, check the details to ensure you are entering them correctly. If you are still having problems then please contact the Credit Union and we will endeavor to help you.

If you forget your Username, this can be recovered by clicking on “Log In” then “Forgot Username?”

If you forget your Password, this can be recovered by clicking on “Log In” then “Forgot Password?”

  • You create your username & password when you register
  • Password must be at least 8 characters in length
  • Your password IS NOT the 8-digit PIN received by text – you created your password when you first registered
  • Usernames and passwords are both case sensitive so ensure the Cap Locks is not active when entering the details

  • Once logged in, go to the payment section of CUOnline.
  • From here go to manage payees, and click next.
  • The payee details can be entered here.
  • Once the payee is set up and saved it will show up under the quick transfer tab located on the home screen of CU online.

If your account has become suspended or you cannot remember your log-in details, please do not register again for the online service.
